Terrance Joubert joins the dynamic team of SMWW in 2020 as a Sports Agent Advisor and is on a mission to gain success in Sports Management. Terrance is a life-long athlete, holding a multitude of successes in all sports, particularly basketball, baseball and football as a student-athlete and coach at the elementary and high school levels. Terrance’s greatest strengths are his ambition, dedication, drive, authenticity and his attention to detail. Terrance holds a Bachelors Degree from Alabama State University in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree from Xavier University in Sports Management. Terrance has worked for Ford Motor Company since 2012 in Automation. Prior to working at Ford, Terrance spent 14 years working in hospitality, customer service and sales, where he was recognized for top performances. As an SMWW Agent Advisor, Terrance has successfully been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and NBA Agent Joel Corry and met all requirements of becoming an SMWW Agent Advisor. This includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing and recruiting. Although Terrance is a new Agent Advisor, he is well adept at preparing you for your sports career and has the ambition to attain the knowledge, skills and experience needed for a successful professional athlete. Terrance takes a fully integrated approach to his clients’ wealth, personal life, career and post-career challenges with the goal to simplify and enhance your life. Terrance plans to build a long-lasting relationship and partnership with his client and their families to help hem further their careers and lives for many years to come.
