Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Oscar graduated from Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Missouri, with a Master's degree in Sports Management and an Athlete Management certification from Sports Management Worldwide, Oscar brings extensive experience and knowledge managing sports programs, especially in youth programs as he previously worked 5 years for Soccer Shots in the Greater St. Louis area. Oscar played high-level soccer since the age of 8. He coached the Olympic Development Program (ODP) in Missouri for 2 years and was a Graduate Assistant Coach at Missouri Baptist University. He has previously coached teams with J.B. Marine Soccer Club, Real STL Soccer Club, and Lou Fusz Soccer Club. Currently, Oscar works for St. Charles Parks and Recreation Department as a Recreation Supervisor, helping developing sports programs for Youth and Adults in the area.
