Anthony holds two certifications from SMWW, in Football GM & Scouting, and in Athlete Management. As an SMWW Agent Advisor, Anthony has successfully been mentored by Dr. Lynn Lashbrook and met all the requirements of becoming an SMWW Agent Advisor. This includes agent regulations and player association legalities, contract negotiation, endorsements, sponsorships, ethics, collective bargaining agreements, draft preparation, marketing, and recruiting. Anthony graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He brings with him close to 20 years of sales and management experience including as an Indirect Account Manager for a major telecommunications company where he managed a team of 12 salespeople to top performances. He also has held a real estate license and obtained the designation as a Realtor. This designation carried an extra level of ethics training and accountability with it. During his time as a Realtor, he also became a Certified Negotiation Consultant undergoing additional training and completing enough transactions to qualify for the certification. This extra attention to ethics and negotiation training allowed Anthony to grow his client base and secure favorable contracts for his clients. As a Realtor Anthony’s favorite saying was that his client’s best interest was his only interest. Anthony brings this level of dedication to his clients over to the SMWW Agent Advisor role and works tirelessly for his athletes.
